Shipping Areas

We currently ship to all addresses within Turkey. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you are located outside of Turkey, please contact us at [email protected] to inquire about potential future international shipping options.

Shipping Methods

We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time. All orders are shipped via standard ground shipping unless otherwise specified. We work with trusted logistics partners to provide the best delivery experience possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods. We will notify you if there are any delays in processing your order.

Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding Turkish national holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or incorrect shipping addresses. During peak seasons or holidays, delivery times may be extended.

Shipping Costs

Our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the delivery address. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over 500.00 TRY within Turkey. Orders below this amount will be charged a standard shipping fee of 50.00 TRY.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout, and you will see the total cost including shipping before you confirm your order. There are no hidden fees or additional charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website.

If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, and we will provide you with tracking information.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, address changes cannot be made.

Delivery Attempts

Our shipping carriers will make delivery attempts according to their standard procedures. If you are not available to receive the package, the carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling delivery or picking up the package from a local facility.

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or if you suspect items are missing, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call +90 551 359 36 30. Please include photos of the damaged package or items, if possible.

If your package is lost in transit and has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Multiple Items in One Order

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped together in one package or separately, depending on availability and shipping efficiency. If items are shipped separately, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for multiple shipments of a single order.

Holiday Shipping

During holiday seasons and special promotions, processing and delivery times may be extended due to increased order volume. We recommend placing orders well in advance of holidays to ensure timely delivery. We will notify customers of any expected delays during these periods.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Turkey. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are interested in international shipping options, please contact us at [email protected], and we will keep you informed about any future expansion of our shipping services.
